faith that bush is bad for usa

yet another article about the role that her religion plays in harriet miers life. are we shirking the seperation of church and state? why are people not more up in arms about this? for that matter why are they not more up in arms about bush's clear devotion to the religious right?
i am shocked and awed that this is sliding by. the damage that this man has done to the US during his reign will take a long time to undo.
am i the only one that sees this? help me out here. help me understand.
